Each meal prepared by Jenny is
a composition begun with fresh produce selected at that
day’s open-air market, and each menu adapts perfectly
to the season:
Breakfasts
Whether they are served inside or in the garden, your morning meals will include
the delicious taste of homemade jams and a variety
of fresh artisan breads (nut, corn, cereals…). Jenny’s
jams are cooked in large copper cauldrons with fruits
just gathered from her garden or brought back from
market. Her only other ingredients … sugar and the
pleasure of making “confitures”. The breakfasts are
included in the price of the rooms.
The Guest Table
In the summer, the dinner will be served up on the large stone table under the
grand pine of the central terrace; in the winter, the
setting is in the cordial dining room. No matter the
season or location, the table is always decorated with
fresh flowers and the soft light of candles.
Reserve your evening’s dinner (28 €)
during the morning’s breakfast, at the latest.
